  • The San Canio agricultural and biodynamic farm specializes in growing olives and producing extra-virgin oil, olive paste, pickled olives and flavoured extra- oil (Trademark Demeter).
    
    It covers 30 hectares in the Lucania hills at Montescaglioso (MT), between the Ionian Sea, the stone city of Matera and the Murge. There is an Oil Mill connected to the farm that trans?orms the olives. Cotangelo & C. Biodynamic farm and Oil Mill are a third enterprise.
    
    Olives are all handpicked, stone ground cold crushed
